Prevent Spotting during pregnancy

Almost every woman feel anxious when it found a speck of blood or bleeding, especially during pregnancy. Bleeding during pregnancy can be dangerous indeed. Pregnant women are advised to see a doctor if you experience signs of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy.

Bleeding can occur at any phase of pregnancy:
·       Vaginal bleeding that occurs in the first trimester can vary from mild to severe. It could just be a speck of blood until the rise of blood clots. Should consult a doctor because it could have severe bleeding.
·       If bleeding occurs in the second and third trimester (6 months of pregnancy), should receive serious attention. Of course, this bleeding can not be considered normal.
·       It should be considered as an emergency if the bleeding from the vagina experienced by pregnant women in the pregnancy after the 28th week. Indeed, this bleeding may be mild to severe and can without abdominal pain. This condition should be treated with caution can be fatal.

If you are experiencing bleeding in early pregnancy, it can be done at home, before getting medical help, are:
·       Take a break
·       Stay calm
·        Do not lift heavy objects
·        Do not use tampons or douching
·        Drink enough water to prevent dehydration
·        Use a pad or pantyliner. Pay attention to the pads, to mark whether the bleeding is reduced or increased.

If bleeding occurs at the end of pregnancy, there is no exact measures you can do, but immediately sought help from doctors. To prevent the risk of bleeding during pregnancy, the main thing is to avoid risk factors, such as tobacco and cocaine use. For those who have hypertension, it is advisable to get assistance from a doctor.
